1. How does delivery and personal pickup work?

Let us know the date you would like the cake delivered and we will deliver it to you on time and in 100% condition. We currently deliver twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays so please remember this when ordering. For now, personal pickup is only possible at the store at Hviezdoslavová 49, Moldava nad Bodvou 04501, Slovakia.

2. How do you deliver your products?

We bake and deliver only FRESH (not frozen) cakes and cheesecakes with our company vans. We do not deliver by courier services yet. Planning to deliver by courier services within a year. No delivery services on weekends and public holidays.

3. How much does delivery cost?

Free delivery for orders over EUR 80.00 incl. VAT. Standard delivery costs EUR 5.00 incl. VAT

4. Where do you deliver?

We deliver to most areas of Slovakia, Hungary, Vienna - Austria. Delivery to other EU locations is possible by agreement, but an additional delivery fee may be charged. If you require delivery, we can discuss the options with you via email hello@simonascakecity.com or simply call the following phone numbers: +421 915 172 029, +421 908 155 263.

5. How long does it take to prepare a cake or cheesecake?

Cake or Cheesecake production usually takes 48 hours from the placed order. Exceptions are weekends and national holidays, when production is not in operation.

6. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

You can change or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing the order. You must make these changes by email or you can call us, as it is not yet possible to cancel an order online.

7. Do I need to be present when the cakes are delivered?

We recommend that someone be present at the delivery address to collect the cake or cheesecake. Complaints after receiving the product are not possible.

8. What if the ordered cakes or cheesecakes did not arrive on the selected day?

If you are expecting a cake or cheesecake delivery and it has not yet arrived, please contact hello@simonascakecity.com with your order number and a member of our team will assist you.

9. Are your products also suitable for food establishments?

Our products are more than suitable for any food establishment, please contact our team at hello@simonascakecity.com and we will arrange a personal meeting and delivery of free samples, support for your cafe, bistro, restaurant or any type of food establishment.

10. How does the custom cake order work?

If you wish to order a custom-made cake, following your requirements, please call +421 908 155 263, or send an email to hello@simonascakecity.com with your ideas, topics or comments. We would be more than happy to contact you regarding the production of the cake. Until then, you can be inspired by already made custom cakes in the INSPIRATION section.
